If you are not based in Australia you need to contact us before booking so that we can check if we can assist you. If you do not do this we may cancel your booking.
If you are employed you might still be eligible for our free services in some circumstances but you need to contact us before booking so that we can check first. If you do not do this we may cancel your booking.
