Lija Wilson is the founder of Puffling, a platform connecting senior candidates with progressive organisations who value diversity and are committed to supporting a better future of work.

Lija has worked for some of Australia’s biggest brands including Fairfax Media and Qantas, with over 20 years experience in senior marketing and strategy roles.

She is a passionate innovator and industry participant. In 2018, she was the Jury Chair for the Digital + Technology Collective AMY Awards and has received a number of awards and accolades for her work in championing gender diversity at the leadership level.

Katrina Hosie is the Founder and CEO of Katrina Margaret Consulting, a consultancy specialising in assisting organisations to maximise funding from philanthropy and government. She is passionate about supporting not-for-profit organisations to secure funding to realise their vision and mission. Over the past 20 years she has secured over $23.5million in funding for a range of organisations working in family welfare, education, health, sport, medical research and disability.Katrina began her career working as a marketing graduate with Telstra. After spending 18 months working with the Telstra Foundation, managing a $2.5million annual funding budget, Katrina decided to transition to the not-for-for profit sector to follow her passion to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged children and young people.Over the past 20 years Katrina has worked in senior philanthropic roles with a range of not-for-profit organisations, including: Berry Street, Whitelion, Kidney Health Australia, Very Special Kids and Bolton Clarke. She has also been a Director of the Butterfly Foundation - a national not-for-profit organisation supporting people with eating disorders.She also worked in her own business as a job-seeking coach, assisting clients with cover letter writing, resume writing and interview preparation. During this time, Katrina established a Job Club to provide a free opportunity for job seekers to be equipped with technical job-seeking skills and to bridge the social isolation that often accompanies job-seeking by providing opportunities for job-seekers to connect with, encourage and inspire each other. In Katrina applied for a Myer Foundation Innovation Fellowship to expand the Job Club model across Victoria and was shortlisted, out of 350 applicants, to the final six.Katrina has volunteered with a range of organisations over the past 20 years, including the Butterfly Foundation, Young Leaders of Change, Many Rooms, Scarf and her daughter's kindergarten and primary school parent committees.She has long been passionate about the vision of Project Placed and is very excited and humbled to be serving on the Board.
