Having worked as a Senior Recruitment Manager at a global Tier 1 law firm, she acquired invaluable experience in the intricacies of talent acquisition, spanning from graduate to Partner level.
Prior to this she held pivotal positions at a renowned Executive Search firm in both London and Australia, where she served as Managing Director in finance and accounting recruitment up to C-Suite level.
She has reviewed thousands of CVs and understands of the qualities and qualifications that hiring managers seek, how to present experience in a compelling way, through to interviewing skills, candidate relevancy scoring within an application process and the importance of LinkedIn profiles and skills coding.
Chantel is known for her energy, commerciality, credible advice, and an ethical and honest approach.
When Chantel’s not recruiting, you can find her spending valuable time with her husband and daughter, open water swimming, or doing hot Bikram yoga.
