Karina enjoys all aspects of hospitality and has been very fortunate enough to have worked in all fields including, café, pub, fine dining restaurant, private clubs, and events. Over the past few years, she has obtained a Certificate IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality whilst working full time. In February 2021 Karina completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has been teaching Hospitality for the last year.
Karina is the proud business owner of Training by Karina- A hospitality consulting and training company. her focus is now on bringing workers into the Hospitality industry and training high school kids and those with none or little experience to get them job ready and to improve the Hospitality industry.
