As a qualified Organisational and Coaching Psychologist, Louise has designed and supported leader led change programs at organisational, team and individual levels. In this capacity she has advised and coached leaders at all levels to facilitate transformational change in cultures, behaviours, processes and ways of working.
As a change specialist with over 20 years experience, Louise has led change practices at Westpac and Aware Super and worked for many household names included AMP, Commonwealth Bank, Accenture and numerous NSW State and local government organisations. While at Westpac, Louise also worked in partnership with Westpac Foundation to establish a skilled volunteering program to support social enterprises to grow in a sustainable way.
As a leader of teams, Louise has coached her people to develop the skills and mindsets needed to perform at their best to achieve their career aspirations.
