She has worked with organisations including Optus, Johnson & Johnson, Westpac, IAG, Dexus, Coffey International, Uniting and Teachers Health, partnering closely with executive leadership teams to drive culture, capability and performance outcomes and has worked across government, not for profit and corporate environments, as well as academia where she has lectured at various university and TAFE campuses across NSW.
Known for her engaging, commercially grounded and highly practical facilitation style, Jenny specialises in leadership development, organisational culture, behavioural change, team effectiveness and executive coaching. She has designed and delivered leadership programs, large-scale and customized bespoke workshops, leadership forums and organisational development initiatives to both white and blue collar workers both locally and internationally.
Jenny is an accredited executive coach having gained certification from IECL, Sydney University and Coaching Australia. She is currently working with a number of clients across different industries at C suite, middle management and frontline levels.
She is also accredited in a wide range of leadership, coaching and psychometric frameworks including Prosci Change Management, HBDI, LSI, MBTI, DiSC, The Leadership Circle and Situational Leadership. She is an associate facilitator with HBDI and is often used by them for their corporate clients to both introduce and debrief the HBDI tool.
