And as an organisational change management guru for heavy hitters like Westpac, CommBank, Microsoft, AMP, and InfoSys, she’s wrangled complex transformation initiatives in just about every industry you can imagine—from banking to cutting-edge tech, government agencies to buzzing retail environments.
Currently just one subject away from completing her Masters in Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney, Naomi is strategically pivoting her wealth of experience toward a coaching career. Her mission? To help more female leaders claim their rightful seats in the C-Suites of major Australian and international organisations. She’s already making moves in this space by mentoring for Westpac’s Graduate and Women of Westpac programs.
When she’s not transforming careers and organisations, you’ll find Naomi scaling rock walls as an avid climber—constantly challenging herself to reach new heights (literally and figuratively!).
